Developed by Vlad Polyanskiy, iShutdown is an iOS application that enables your Apple device to remotely shutdown and restart your PC or Mac. This is possible when your PC or Mac share same Wi-Fi or 3G network. The application automatically scans your local network using Apple's Bonjour service in order to find any available hosts. Once the hosts are found, just tap any preferred host and you will be given an option to restart it or shut it down.

Yes, could be a great app but …. emmmm… how practical can it be? Maybe to those who had forgotten their turn off their PC, or maybe turning on before reaching office :) I would prefer if it can remotely access data in our PC..

I personally think its a FAIL app, means it will rock on for few days only. No one would like to run some software and make his PC bulky just to turn it OFF remotely.
