Install Cydia App without Jailbreaking iPhone?

We all know that Cydia is associated with jailbroken iDevices, but in future, we might be able to use Cydia without jailbreaking our iDevices. A team of hackers known as DarkApples is working on a technique which will allow installation of Cydia applications without jailbreaking your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. This would be a big breakthrough! as it eliminates the necessity to jailbreak iDevices to install Cydia/PAH (cracked applications). The team is claiming that they have successfully installed Cydia programs on non-jailbroken/pawned iPhone. For those who don't know, Cydia is a software application developed by Jay Freeman(Saurik) for iPhone, it's a platform to find and install cracked (Not approved by Apple) apps on jailbroken iDevices.

Work is still in progress, hacking team is trying to resolve the problems they are facing. Some thoughts from team:

There are two problems that we are trying to resolve, the first is that most applications rely on Cydia MobileSubstrate, as it is conceived that must now be placed in / Library (which is obviously impossible if you’re not jailbroken), the other is that as it is conceived at this time makes it possible to actually install any IPA without even cracking.

You want to close this door. At this moment there is no real program, but a bunch of tools for OSX executable that are launched from the terminal. Obviously before publication we will also arrange the side “aesthetic” of the thing.

Once the Cydia app is”processed”, simple drag it into iTunes and Sync the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, to find the App properly installed and working.

(For the curios, the hack is on the verification of intermediate WWDR certified signatures involved in the JPA).

As mentioned, they are trying to find a workable resolution to these issues so Cydia apps could be installed on non-jailbroked or factory restored iPhone. However no ETA is given about release.
