Hi, I am trying to downgrade my iPhone from iOS 5.0.1 back to iOS 4.3.3 using TinyUmbrella. However, the application do not detect my iPhone 4 or can’t connect to TSS server. How do I fix this? I am using Windows 7. Thanks.

- Check your computer USB ports for software / driver updates (restart your PC after updating).
- Connect your iPhone 4 directly on your computer (no USB hubs / extensions) and use the USB ports located at the back of the chassis as it is more robust.
- Use a different iPhone USB connector. It is always recommended to use the one that comes along with your iOS device or manufactured by Apple instead of using any third party connector.
