Hi guys, I just jailbroke my mom’s iPhone 4 on iOS 4.2.1 using Greenpois0n RC5. Everything went smoothly; I got the Loader and Cydia working as well. However, after downloading some apps and rebooting, my iPhone got stuck at Apple / skull logo and it just keeps on booting. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Anyway, you can follow the step-by-step guide on how to use TinyUmbrella (Fix Recovery) posted below:
Step 1: Download the latest version TinyUmbrella (Fix Recovery) for Windows (Direct Link) or Mac OS X (Direct Link).
Step 2: Download Zlib1.dll from here and put it in the same location where fixrecovery43.exe is located.
Step 3: Then connect your iPhone 4 into the computer via USB cable and power OFF your device.
Step 4: Now, launch iTunes as well as the downloaded TinyUmbrella (Fix Recovery) and put your iPhone into DFU mode.
- Press and hold the Power and Home button for 10 seconds.
- Then release Power button after 10 seconds but continue holding the Home button for another 10 seconds.
Step 5: That’s it! TinyUmbrella (Fix Recovery) will start fixing the error on your device.
Once you have managed to kick your iPhone out of recovery mode loop, I would recommend you to uninstall some of the apps that are causing problems on your iPhone. To determine which apps are causing you headache, you can download and install an app called Crash Reporter via BigBoss repo. After fixing apps issues, now you can re-jailbreak your iPhone using Greenpois0n RC6, which can be downloaded from here. The instructions on how to jailbreak using Greenpois0n RC6 is exactly similar to the instructions for GreenPois0n RC5. Anyway, you can follow this guide on how to jailbreak iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch using Greenpois0n on Windows, or this tutorial for Mac OS X users.
