iOS 4.3.5 Untethered Jailbreak Release Date?

Hi guys, I have an iPhone 4 which I have accidentally restored from iOS 4.3.3 to iOS 4.3.5. I have no SHSH blobs to downgrade my iPhone. So, do you have any updates regarding the untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.5? Thanks.

Hello Barri, sad to say, but there will be no untethered jailbreak support available for iOS 4.3.5 due to the fact that apple have patched the exploit and stuff used for iOS 4.3.3 jailbreak. It is widely expected that the new untethered jailbreak will be released to the public after iOS 5 final, which will be released this coming fall. On the other, for those who aren’t aware, iOS 4.3.5 can be jailbroken using Redsn0w 0.9.8b4. But this is a tethered jailbreak only. Meaning, you have to connect your iPhone to your computer in order to power it on.

Anyway, in your case, I would recommend you to downgrade your iPhone back to iOS 4.3.3. You don’t have iOS 4.3.3 SHSH Blobs? Well, you don’t have to worry because you can easily create a signed iOS 4.3.3 using iFaith SHSH Blobs Dumper v1.1 and restore it on your device. You can check this tutorial on how to create signed IPSW using iFaith. Then once you have successfully downgraded your iPhone back to iOS 4.3.3, you can untethered jailbreak it using JailbreakMe 3.0 (recommended) or Redsn0w 0.9.6rc16 for Mac Os X and Windows.
