Hello Jaxov, I am an iPhone 4 user running on iOS 4.2.1 firmware – jailbroken using PwnageTool and unlocked with Ultrasn0w 1.2. However, unfortunately, I lose my unlock after upgrading Ultrasn0w 1.2 to the new Ultrasn0w 1.2.1. I can’t make a call as well as send and receive SMS messages. Now my question is; is it possible to downgrade the installed Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 to Ultrasn0w 1.2 in order to unlock my iPhone again? Please help. I needed it badly. Thanks.

And regarding Ultrasn0w downgrade, yes, you will be able to downgrade Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 to Ultrasn0w 1.2 and be able to unlock your fourth gen-iPhone again. To do that, you will need to uninstall the Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 first. To uninstall Ultrasn0w, all you’ll need to do is launch Cydia and then navigate to Manage and then to Packages section and then look for Ultrasn0w package and tap on Modify and then Remove. Respring your SporingBoard once done. To install ultrasn0w 1.2, of course, you will need to download Ultrasn0w 1.2 DEB file as well as download and install a utility called iPhone Explorer on your computer in order to install Ultrsn0w on your iPhone. You can follow this step by step guide on how to downgrade Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 to Ultrasn0w 1.2.
