How to Disable iTunes Auto-Sync Feature in Order to Connect Jailbroken iPhone 4?

Hi guys, I am using a jailbroken iPhone 4 on iOS 4.3.3. I have Installous already installed to download numerous cracked iPhone apps. However, iTunes always delete my downloaded apps every time I sync my iPhone with my PC. Can you guys direct me how to disable the automatic syncing feature of iTunes? Thanks.

Hello Nickson, iTunes is deleting your downloaded cracked apps because you have downloaded them illegally; from non-legitimate App Store like Cydia or Hackulous. Anyway, your problem will not be resolved just by disabling the syncing features of your iTunes. The only way to resolve this issue is by installing an app form Cydia called AppSync. With AppSync, you will be able to sync your jailbroken iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch to iTunes without fearing that iTunes might delete your downloaded cracked apps. Anyway, if you aren’t familiar with the steps then you can follow this tutorial on how to install AppSync 4.0+ on your jailbroken iPhone 4.

Well, just for your information, you can follow the tutorial posted below on how to disable iTunes auto-sync features:

Step 1: Before you connect your iPhone into your computer, launch iTunes and select the Menu tab.

Step 2: Navigate to the following location:

Mac OS X users: iTunes Menu -> Preferences -> Devices
Windows users:  Edit -> Settings -> Devices

Step 4: Then in the pop-up window, select the Devices option.

Step 5: Below the box, you will see a checkbox saying Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically.

Step 6: That’s it! Just simply click it and followed by clicking OK at the bottom of the window.
