Hi guys, I have jailbroken and unlocked my Phone 4 on iOS 5 using Redsn0w 0.9.9b7 and Gevey SIM respectively. At the moment, I am currently using the device over Softbank SIM card. All is working well, except for FaceTime and iMessage. Is this normal when you restore custom firmware and unlock the iPhone? My phone was locked on AT&T. I am in Japan at the moment, how will I be able to fix this? Thanks.

Activating iPhone iTunes is easy as 1-2-3. All you have to do is insert your AT&T SIM card, connect your iPhone to iTunes 10.5, and follow the on-screen instruction to activate your device. If you don’t have your AT&T SIM card, you can download and install SAM app to activate your device. You can check this guide on how to activate iPhone using SAM. And if you have encountered "The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported" iTunes error while activating your iPhone 4 using SAM, then just simply follow this tutorial to bypass it. That’s it! Good luck.
