Hello people, I am using a jailbroken iPhone 3GS with iPad baseband running on custom iOS 5 firmware. I have installed Lockdown Pro, but I am unable to figure out how to set it up. I can’t locate its settings in my iPhone Settings app. I am experiencing same issue with other jailbreak apps. Please help.

Since you were getting the same issue for other jailbroken apps that were installed on your iPhone 3GS, I would also recommend you to uninstall them or update them from Cydia. You can update your jailbroken apps and tweaks from Cydia under Changes tab. Also, you can check this link for a list of iOS 5 supported jailbreak apps and tweaks.
Lastly, you can download and install a jailbreak app called Crash Reporter form Cydia Store in order to efficiently determined which app is giving you trouble. You can download Crash Reporter under BigBoss repo. Just run the app and then analyze its results. The good news is that this app works on both App Store and Cydia apps.
On the other hand, if you are thinking to rejailbreak, then you can check this blog post on how to jailbreak iOS 5.0.1 using Redsn0w 0.9.9b8.
