Just like iOS 4.1 beta 1, this build of iOS is available for developers only, so if you have a registered Apple Developer account, you can download the update by signing into iPhone Dev Center.

Apple has delayed White iPhone 4 launch yet again! After iPhone 4 was launched in June, Apple announced that white iPhone 4 will ship in the second half of July due to some manufacturing issues and in a recent press statement, Apple has again announced that there shall be further delay in white iPhone 4 launch. Phone shipping has been delayed until later this year.
