Sn0wbreeze v1.5 has been released. This is the updated version of snowbreeze, it basically adds support for iPod touch 2G (older models). Sn0wbreeze is a similar to PwnageTool, both create custom .ipsw files for iPhone/iPod Touch. PwnageTool is for MAC users and Sn0wbreeze is for Windows users. So now latest version of snowbreeze supports iPhone 2G,3G,3GS and iPod Touch 1G,2G.

Sn0wBreeze - Jailbreak iPhone 3GS/4/4S, iPad and iPod
Sn0wbreeze is a jailbreak application that was written for Windows operating systems. It can be used to jailbreak iPhone, iPad and iPod and is similar to the PwnageTool that was written for Mac users. Sn0wbreeze allows users to activate an iPhone, set root partitions sizes, build custom firmware for your iDevice, set a custom boot logo and install SSH on your iDevice.
Sn0wbreeze was developed by iH8sn0w and the current Sn0wbreeze version works with all devices running on iOS. Sn0wbreeze can be used to jailbreak iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S and it allows users to create a custom firmware for their Apple device whilst still preserving the baseband of the iphone so that you can also unlock it.
Sn0wbreeze is regularly updated and the latest version is Sn0wbreeze 2.9.1 which is compatible with iOS 3.1.3, 3.2.x, 4.0.x, 4.1, 4.2.1 to 4.2.8, 4.3 to 4.3.3 and 5.0.1.
