The App Store has reached yet another milestone with regards to number of apps available for download. According to the reliable app directory AppShopper, there is now a massive total of more than 400,000 applications that are available for download in the App Store. As of this writing, there are precisely 401,459 iOS apps (with 507,324 approved apps) housed in the App Store since its initial release back in July 10, 2008.
