Folks who have been holding out from upgrading to iOS 7 have been met with good news as it's been known that some prominent members of the jailbreak community is working on the iOS 6.1.3 / 6.1.4 untethered jailbreak. In a previous update, iH8sn0w stated that everything needed for the iOS 6.1.3 / 6.1.4 untethered jailbreak is there but there are still bugs to fix. In the most recent update, Winocm posted the definite ETA of the untethered jailbreak.
Today, Winocm has announced over Twitter the definite ETA of the jailbreak, which happens to be before 2014.

And there you have it folks! It's quite possible that the team working on the jailbreak just said this in order to curb the enthusiasm of those who have been bugging them for a release date. Otherwise, this is indeed a good news considering that not long ago, there is no hint that a jailbreak solution for iOS 6.1.3 / 6.1.4 will be released.
This is definitely good for those who have not updated their device to iOS 7 yet and can't do without a jailbreak. The Evad3rs is currently working hard to bring the iOS 7 jailbreak into the table but there is no clear indication of the release date. For the meantime, the iOS 6.1.3 / 6.1.4 untethered jailbreak should be more than enough to meet your jailbreaking needs.
