In an official blog post by NotCom:

Thank you for your patience!

I just updated TU for the 4 new iPhone 5* devices. TU supports saving SHSH for iOS 7 and 7.0.1 (for the new devices about to be released).

Perhaps eventually we'll be able to restore to these firmwares using local SHSHs but remember that currently local restores are primarily for older devices (non a5 devices and lower!).

It's true that the usefulness of saving SHSH blobs has become less significant over time. However, there is always the possibility that a new exploit will be discovered that will allow firmware downgrades again. Therefore, it is always a good practice to save your SHSH blobs whenever you can. Of course, aside from being able to downgrade, you can also re-restore to the same firmware you are currently running using SHSH blobs even if Apple has stopped signing it. So be sure to save iOS 7 SHSH blobs now.

Doesnt work at all. I Instaled RecBoot, then recboot ask me to install libusb. Then i search that libusb does not work with recboot in case of “de-recovering” status and told me to install tinyumbrella. Does not work as well. I gonna lose my datas and do not have a option. Does anyone have the phone of Snowdem guy? He probably know where my datas are.F*** i-stuff
