Quick Clean is more of a fast cleaning solution while Deep Clean takes a lot longer.

The Cleaner Pro app also have settings that you can configure. Here, you can toggle Auto Deep Clean or Auto Quick Clean, which essentially triggers the cleaning process automatically once you have launched the app.
