In about a week, Apple will be holding its annual Worldwide Developers Conference, which is sure to be a platform for some exciting announcements. It is widely believed that Apple will unveil the latest version of their mobile operating system, the iOS 7. As for hardware, it is unlikely that the Cupertino giant will announce a new iPhone. However, that doesn't stop a known design studio to create a new iPhone 6 concept.
This new iPhone concept came from Ciccarese Design, responsible for concepts like this Magic-Mouse inspired curved iPhone 5. This time, they made a concept design for iPhone 6, which features a curved display and fingerprint scanner which are some of the most recent rumors about the up and coming device.
This is iPhone Fingerprint Scanner, the result of the recent rumors. Such as the latest Apple products, in this iPhone there is a big chamfer on the front face. The screen is curved and the fingerprint sensor take the place of the Home button. Black & Slate or White & Silver are the colors. The video show you concept sketch, design details and some general rendering.
This is a rather well-made iPhone concept and it certainly looks cool. However, the curved display doesn't lend itself to practical use. While Apple may indeed implement a curved-display design, I really doubt it's going to be like this.
