Rumor has it that the next iPhone will be called the "iPhone 5S". Just like the iPhone 4S to the iPhone 4, it is speculated that the iPhone 5S will be a slight upgraded version of the iPhone 5. On a previous report, alleged photos of the iPhone 5S's interior and rear panel have been leaked online. Now another report surfaces which features a new iPhone 5S photo which appears to have been photographed on a production line.
The folks at MacRumors have managed to get their hands on another photo of the iPhone 5S, but what makes this one notable is that it's taken on a production line, at least that's what it looks like. The photo was first posted to Sina Weibo, a Chinese microblogging site.
The photo is relatively small, but the resolution is good enough that the redesigned flex cable connectors on the iPhone 5S part can be seen. On the iPhone 5, the two connectors supporting the display itself and the touch digitizer are both oriented horizontally, while on the iPhone 5S one is oriented vertically and the other horizontally.
This basically suggest that mass production of the upcoming iPhone is already taking place and it's possible that the device will launch earlier than expected. Based on the picture, the device on the left looks to be larger than the 4-inch iPhone 5. Or it could only be due to the camera angle itself.
As expected, there have been an increasing frequency of leaks with regards to iPhone 5S in general. It's doesn't look like it's going to stop soon, so expect more leaks and rumors.Contact Us for News Tips, Corrections and Feedback
