As most of you already know, it's been a big day for Apple yesterday. Apple fans and the media have been treated to a completely redesigned iOS 7 with a plethora of new features. And as per usual with every unveil of a major firmware update, Apple sees to it that it is made available to registered developers. That's right folks, iOS 7 Beta 1 is now available for those who have iOS Developer accounts.
iOS 7 Beta 1 can now be downloaded through the iOS Dev Center by registered Apple developers. So just how do you become a registered developer? Well, the only requirement that you need to fulfill is to pay the annual enrollment fee of $99. Yes, that's about it! Contrary to what it may sounds like, you don't even need to be proficient in developing and coding apps. It's a great investment for developers and hardcore iOS fans since they can earlier experience a newer firmware release through its many beta versions.
However, as with everything around the internet, there are bound to be unofficial sources where you can download iOS 7 beta 1. We won't bother pointing out where you could get them but if you look hard enough, you'll find it eventually. Just be warned that Apple has always frowned upon the practice of downloading firmware betas from unverified sources. It's illegal and it's bound to have serious repercussions.
iOS 7 beta 1 now available for the following devices: iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPad mini, and the 5th-gen iPod touch (for some reason it's not available for iPad 4, iPad 3 and iPad 2). From iO6 to iOS 7, two devices have been left out since, the iPhone 3GS and the iPod touch 4.
