YouTube iOS App

If you are one to take advantage of YouTube's live stream feature, then you'll be happy to know that it has been finally added to the YouTube iOS app. This means that you can now live stream news, conferences, events, concerts, and many others while on the go. If you're one of the few folks who've bought a Google TV, you can now queue up videos on your set-top box.

Here’s the complete release notes for the latest YouTube iOS app version:

  • Quick access to new uploads from subscriptions via "My Subscriptions" feed on the Guide
  • Access to Live streams
  • Queue up videos to play on TV
  • One Channel branding for video creator channels
  • Stability and performance improvements

Version 1.3 brings some pretty notable but still not that exciting features to the YouTube iOS app. However, it is worth download even just for the stability and performance improvements. For those who are using jailbreak tweaks like YourTube, you might want to hold off the update as it might mess up your tweaks. Wait for updates from jailbreak developers instead. [via RedmondPie]
