It’s time for us to see how Windows 8 will perform on a Samsung tablet. After seeing the recent Samsung notebook teaser, the South Korean manufacturer has posted a new photo of the upcoming Samsung Windows 8 tablet computer on its Samsung Notebook Facebook page.
The event is just around the corner, being held in Berlin later this week, but as the hints suggest, we are likely to see the Samsung Series 5 Hybrid Windows 8 transforming tablet that was showcased earlier this year during Computex. The idea behind the latest Windows 8 tablet signed by Samsung is a touch-based tablet computer with an attachable keyboard. Furthermore, the 11-inch tablet computer has a slot for a stylus pen, strongly suggesting the existence of a touch-screen.
Early Samsung Windows 8 tablet tech specs reveal a 7-hour battery life and 11.6-inch screen. In addition, the tablets (Series 5 Hybrid PC and Series 7 Hybrid PC) showcased at Computex included 2 MP and 8 MP front- and rear-facing cameras, respectively, and the manufacturer stated its CPU conforms to x86 architecture.
