One of the most useful jailbreak utilities that anyone can get their hands on is Recboot, a free program that will enable users to easily place their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch into recovery mode. There are cases when users will have busted Home or Sleep/Wake button which makes this tool even more useful. With Recboot, you will never have to learn the 3-4 steps to put your iPhone into recovery mode manually. But there are times when Recboot just won't work and one of the more common reasons is that it is missing some important files. Download QTMLClient.dll and iTunesMobileDevice.dll after the jump.
As stated, there are cases when Recboot won’t even launch especially in the initial versions of the tool. One of the most common reason why the tool won't run is that because it is missing the QTMLClient.dll and iTunesMobileDevice.dll files. Now this is a fairly salvageable situation because you will simply need to download the said files, place them in the same directory where Recboot.exe is found and that's pretty much it. It should make the tool work with no further hitches. Now where to download QTMLClient.dll and iTunesMobileDevice.dll files? Well luckily for you we will be providing the download links. Download both files from the link provided below:
Download QTMLClient.dll & iTunesMobileDevice.dll from Mediafire
If you've got any questions regarding this post, if the download QTMLClient.dll and iTunesMobileDevice.dll links don't work for you, let us know in the comments section below.
Still does not work even when I restarted everything and re-downloaded RecBoot. It also keeps saying I need the iTunesMobileDevice.dll (I have both). I put the prgrams into the Apple Mobile Device Support Program but it still does not budge…
Hey. You need to put the files in the same folder as the RecBoot files!!

In my.case it shows no error in command window no other responces
Big help. Thank you
This worked for me. I use WinRAR, right click on the Recboot archive and select “extract to file” and click “ok” in the next pop up window, or select “extract to Recboot 1.3-WIN/” and it will create a file folder named “Recboot 1.3-WIN/”. Put the qtmlclient.dll and itunesmobiledevice.dll into the newly created Recboot file, open the file and run the Recboot.exe file. If it says “no device found” you need to either connect your device, disconnect/reconnect, or turn it on. As soon as i clicked “exit recovery mode” my itouch snapped out of recovery. Hope this helps!!!
have tried to exist recovery mode but that i see is ‘your device is been kick out of recovery mode ” and is been six hours now is it ,nothing has happen.could it be am only wasting my time or does how it works?
