Along with the several updates to iOS 5, Apple is also constantly updating its popular media player and manager, iTunes. Today, Apple rolled an updated version of iTunes (version 10.5.2). iTunes 10.5.2 for Windows and Mac is now available for download.
One thing that's quite notable about this iTunes update is that it is quite hefty. Right off the bat and much like previous iTunes update, iTunes Match is getting several fixes and improvements. Apparently, iTunes Match has an audio distortion problem when playing or importing certain CDs. If you are expecting more, then you will be disappointed.

Download Previous Purchases. Download your past music, TV, app, and book purchases again, at no additional cost. Previous purchases may be unavailable if they are no longer on the iTunes Store.
Sync with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5.
Wi-Fi Syncing. Automatically sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes any time they’re both on the same Wi-Fi network.

As you can see, there's nothing really mind-blowing regarding this update. But if you are using iTunes Match, then we suggest that you download this update right away. Even if you don't use iTunes Match, it would still be a good idea to update to the latest iTunes software as it is bound to be more secure and stable.
