If you are used to managing your emails in your iOS device then chances are you find it to be quite cumbersome especially if you are getting tons of emails. By default, one has to manually select each email in order to apply certain actions which of course becomes a problem if you have a massive inbox. Which is why there are various tweaks from Cydia that addresses this particular issue such as Delete Mail and Mark Read. But the problem is, both tweaks are not yet updated for compatibility with iOS 5 which is quite a downer. But with this new Cydia application, better mail management on iOS 5 is just a jailbreak tweak away.
Introducing AllMail, a jailbreak tweak that promises better email management for devices running iOS 5. But with the advent of iOS 5, some jailbreak tweaks and apps becomes incompatible with the current system which what exactly happened to Delete Mail and Mark Read. Fortunately, a newcomer is in town to help iOS users with their mail management woes.
AllMail is a fairly simple but very useful jailbreak tweak that lets you do the following to your messages: Select All, Delete All, Move All, Mark All, and Hide All. As you can see, this effectively covers both the functionality of Delete Mail and Mark Read. In order to secure your hidden messages, the tweak will ask for a password in order to show the messages again. After installation, just tap the left-hand button "All Mail" to access the tweak's options.
Since this is still the initial release, there seems to some bugs and crashes present on the current build which is expected. We're pretty sure that the developers will be able to iron out the kinks through future updates. AllMail is available in Cydia under the BigBoss repo for $1.50.
