iPhone Dev-Team has just released Redsn0w 0.9.6RC13 which can be used to jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 untethered on all supported iDevices except iPad 2. As reported by i0n1c himself, Apple failed to patch his untethered exploit in iOS 4.3.2, so he ported the same exploit to 4.3.2's kernel which was previously used for iOS 4.3.1 untethered jailbreak. According to Dev-Team, PwnageTool for iOS 4.3.2 untethered jailbreak will be out sometime this week.
Notes:
- iDevices Supported: iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 4G, iPod Touch 3G and iPad-1
- If you rely on an unlocked iPhone, DO NOT follow this guide otherwise you will lose your unlock. If you do not want to wait for the official PwnageTool release, first use these PT bundles to upgrade your firmware to iOS 4.3.2 and then run Redsn0w 0.9.6RC13 over it to get untethered jailbreak.
- If you are previously jailbroken on iOS 4.3.2 tethered using Redsn0w 0.9.6RC12, you can re-run Redsn0w 0.9.6RC13 over your existing jailbreak to go untethered.

Steps to Jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 on Windows & Mac Using Redsn0w 0.9.6RC13:
- Download and install iTunes 10.2.2 from here.
- Download stock iOS 4.3.2 IPSW for your iDevice from here.
- Download Redsn0w 0.9.6RC13 for Windows or Mac OS X.
- Restore stock iOS 4.3.2 IPSW on your iDevice using iTunes. To avoid iTunes error 3194, remove all gs.apple.com entries from your Windows or Mac HOSTS file.
- Launch Redsn0w.exe and click on the Browse button. Select stock iOS 4.3.2 IPSW for your iDevice which you downloaded in step-2
- Wait while Redsn0w processes the firmware file. Once done, click on the Next > button to continue.
- On clicking the Next > button, Redsn0w will patch IPSW kernel.
- Choose Cydia from the jailbreak options and click on the Next > button.
- Plug your iDevice to your PC or Mac and turn it OFF completely by pressing the Power button.
- Now put your iDevice into DFU mode using the following instructions:
- Hold down the Power (corner) button for 3 seconds.
- Without releasing the Power button, also hold down the Home (bottom center) button for 10 seconds.
- Without releasing the Home button, release the Power button BUT KEEP holding the Home button for 15 seconds until Redsn0w detects your iDevice in DFU mode.
- Now Redsn0w will patch the iBoot of your iDevice using Geohot's Limrea1n exploit.
- Once iBoot of your iDevice has been patched with Limera1n exploit, Redsn0w will upload the Ramdisk. If you get stuck at uploading Ramdisk step, use this guide to solve the issue.
- In last step, Redsn0w will upload the patched kernel to your iDevice.
- Once done, click on the Finish button to close Redsn0w.
A quick tip for those who get stuck at Uploading ramdisk or Uploading kernel, just run Redsn0w in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode and set its CPU affinity to 1 through Windows Task Manager.

hi
i had iphone 4 with firmware 4.3 and baseband is 4.10.01-ICE_2_13, factory unlocked. i tried to update it to firmware 4.3.2 in itunes but it didn’t got updated. i find the error 3194 in itunes. then i deleted all gs.apple.com files from host files, but it dont worked. then i tried updating custom firmware which i built by snowbreeze 2.2. i started tss server in tinyumbrella-4.33.02. then i tunes began updating the custom firmware. after updating got finished my device wont get booted. when i connect it to itunes, it tells device is in recovery mode. again i tried to restore it to using stock firmware but now i’m getting the error 1600 in itunes. now my device was stucked in recovery mode. plz help how to fix this.
Use TinyUmbrella (Fix Recovery) for iOS 4.3.2 http://bit.ly/k3zzIx I am assuming that you have successfully restore iOS 4.3.2 custom IPSW made with Sn0wbreeze 2.2. I am also assuming that you have iOS 4.3.2 SHSH blobs in Cydia and you saved them locally before restoring your iPhone.
hi
i tried to save my shsh blobs locally by using tiny umbrella but it didnt worked. i didn’t find shsh blobs locally in tiny umbrella. i guess i dont have shsh blobs in cydia. but when update started in itunes i thought every thing will ended up nicely. but i’m not at all in aware of i’ll land up in infinite recovery mode loop. then i tried fixrecovery to kick my device out of recovery mode, i found this log Hooking jump_command exiting libpois0n at the end in my terminal window and rest of the process runned in my device. again after completing this process i still got the same problem. i’m bit desperate now. plz help me in this.
Download stock iOS 4.3.3 IPSW for your iPhone from here http://bit.ly/mS19Kt and restore it. Do not use TinyUmbrella as restoring stock or custom IPSW of iOS 4.3.3 do not require SHSH blobs. This will kick your iPhone out of recovery or DFU mode loop.
hi
i tried updating to stock ios 4.3.3 as you said but i got the same error 3194 in my itunes. i deleted the evry thing in host file and restarted my pc yet i’m still getting the same error at updating. still my device in recovery mode. i desperate that my new i device got bricked. i uninstalled antivirus and then tried updating, found no luck. what i need to do now. plz help me
If you are restoring iOS 4.3.3 stock IPSW and you are getting error 3194, follow this guide http://bit.ly/myffI3 to fix it.
When i restore in step four do i set it up as a new iPod or resore from a backup?
Just close iTunes at that time. Jailbreak it using the steps below and then restore from backup!
oops i clicked set up as new ipod. oh well…
Doesn’t matter at all :)
nice topic thanks
i want to ask i now use 4.3.1 with jailbreak RedSnow
if i want to upgrade to 4.3.2 what will happen to my program that i installed
i will lose all my program or …….
Yep you will lose all Cydia apps (DEBs) but you can create a backup of your App Store + Installous apps by syncing your iPhone with iTunes. After restoring stock iOS 4.3.2 IPSW and jailbreaking your iDevice with Redsn0w, you can restore that backup. Also note that do not use this version as Redsn0w 0.9.6RC14 is already out http://bit.ly/f9BPDI
