I’ve done this process with all current versions on iTunes (10.2.1), Pwnage Tool (4.2), and iOS 4.2.1 on both a brand new 3GS and an older 3G.

Same thing happens every time. I open Cydia and it hangs for about two – four seconds and then closes.

I’ve added OpenSSH and for whatever reason it doesn’t show up. Even so, I wouldn’t even know where to begin getting Cydia through OpenSSH.

Why are there people like me having exactly the same issue? Is there something wrong with our USB ports, iPhone cables, version of Snow Leopard…. I really can’t imagine what would be interfering.

    Please help!!!

I don’t see the ‘OpenSSH’ within the download package list. Also I can not download the Cydia package…have most other people been able to move forward and get the OpenSSH?

    Thanks!

Add the DEBs of both OpenSSH and Cydia manually under Select packages tab. Google for OpenSSH and Cydia DEB files.
