For those who don't know, Sn0wbreeze is a PwnageTool port for Windows users. With Sn0wbreeze 2.1, you will be able to create iOS 4.1 on custom IPSW which on restore through iTunes will jailbreak iOS 4.1 on iPhone 4/3GS/3G while preserving their basebands. As Sn0wbreeze will jailbreak iOS 4.1 on your iPhone without upgrading its baseband, you will be able to unlock your device with the latest version of Ultrasn0w tool.
Those who have accidentally updated to iOS 4.1 must have also upgraded their baseband to 05.14.02 on iPhone 3GS/3G and 02.10.04 on iPhone 4. All they need is to wait for iOS 4.2 final version as iPhone Dev-Team has promised to unlock both of these basebands within a day or two after iOS 4.2 is available publicly.Contact Us for News Tips, Corrections and Feedback
