We all know that iPad doesn't come with a built-in camera, it's really frustrating! iPad brought a whole new photo viewing experience to us, but you can't take photos with it. There are serious thoughts about inclusion of camera in next version of iPad but nothing is affirmative yet. However, as a workaround, you can use your iPhone as an external camera for your iPad.
By connecting two devices via bluetooth you can use iPhone as a wireless camera for your iPad. All you need to do is download the Camera A app and Camera B app for your iPad and iPhone respectively, turn-on the bluetooth of both devices and open the apps and start taking pictures. Basically, these apps allow iPad to mirror your iPhone's display.
