For those who don't know, SHAtter is a low-level bootrom exploit discovered by pod2g, former Chronic Dev-Team member who also discovered the very first bootrom exploit called 24kpwn. The tool based on SHAtter exploit will be probably called GreenPois0n (Unconfirmed) and it'll jailbreak iOS 4.1 on all iOS devices including iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G and even iPad. However there is no official word from Chronic Dev-Team whether it'll be a tethered or an untethered jailbreak. We will update you as soon as we will hear any news about the exact release date of GreenPois0n. So stay tuned!
