Previously, @planetbeing (member of iPhone Dev-Team) showed his unlocked iPhone 4 with Ultrasn0w and now another member of the team @MuscleNerd has confirmed that he has successfully unlocked his iPhone 4 with Ultrasn0w. @MuscleNerd showed a picture of his iPhone 4 camped on T-Mobile's network.

Both members of hacking team have successfully unlocked iPhone 4 with different methods but they are still calibrating their tools to fix the remaining bugs. Only one method would be made public depending upon the performance and reliability. The final version of Ultrasn0w tool for iPhone 4 carrier unlock is expected soon. We'll keep you posted. Its an unlock not JB. And YES, only the upcoming version of Spirit JB will be able to jailbreak iOS 4 on iPhone 3GS with no SHSH blobs saved!
