Spirit Jailbreak Tool Updated - Error [c0000005] and Error Dl.exe FIXED

Dev-Team released their long awaited Spirit jailbreak tool (untethered) iPhone OS 3.1.3, iPhone OS 3.1.2 and iPad OS 3.2. Spirit tool works on all iDevices including iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. While users were jailbreaking their iPhone and iPad with Spirit, they were encountering Error [c0000005] and Error Dl.exe. These bugs appeared on Windows 7 and Windows Vista, as a workaround, users on these OS had to switch off Windows 98 compatibility mode to get things workings. Comex has now issued an updated version of Spirit tool which corrects these minor issues.

Update (May 3): I’ve updated the jailbreak tool. It no longer deletes photos (sorry!) and should resolve the issue with error code c0000005. (If you still get that error with the new version, try setting compatibility mode to Windows 95.)

    Hi everyone! Well i just want to know why you people are still after Spirit jailbreak? Do you know PwnageTool 4.0 and Sn0wbreeze 1.6 will not jailbreak iOS 4 on those iPhones and iPod Touches who are already jailbreaked with Spirit?

    Spirit is a poison for your phone!

    hi there, i tried changing the compatibility for the spirit.exe but i still get the dl.exe stop working error msg.... Can someone pls help me....
