DarkMalloc, Canadian iPhone hacking team's member has just published a video showing Multitasking in iPhone 3G on Jailbreaked latest iPhone 4.0 OS. With all these iPhone 4.0 jailbreaking efforts going on, enabling multitasing on iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G doesn't seem an intricate task to do, it is done by N82AP.plist file. Have a look at the video.

Mutitasking has been clearly shown in the video by shuffling multiple apps on iPhone 3G. For those who don't know, Apple brought much awaited multitasking functionality in iPhone 4.0 OS, but it was reserved for 3rd Generation devices only due to memory utilization/RAM issues. However multitasking functionality seems to be working fine on iPhone 3G as well.
