MacRumors is reporting that they have received a news from an unknown source that Apple will be releasing iTunes 9.1 on April 3rd, yup the same day when Apple will ship the first inventory iPad to those people in US who have pre-ordered their iPad before 28th March, 2010. iTunes 9.1 will iPad in a way that the AudioBooks Section of iTunes will be replaced by more organized and broader Books Section in-order to handle the expected demand of eBook content driven by iPad.

iTunes 9.1 will have more enhanced Genius Mixes which searches your iTunes library to find songs that go great together. Now you can rename, drag-drop organize and delete these songs feature as now. Genius Mixes will also reportedly be available as sources for the iTunes DJ shuffle feature. Check for Update and Restore buttons will be available on left side of the pane. Moreover iTunes 9.1 will come up with an internal audio converter which will allow you to convert your songs directly to 128 kbps AAC format which your device will be synchronized with iTunes. This feature was only supported by iPod Shuffle and Apple have plans to extend it to all other devices including iPhone and iPad.
