How To Install Jailbroken / Cracked Apps On iPhone 3.1.2 Firmware

How To Apply Cydia MobileInstallation Patch

  1. Go to "Cydia"
  2. Click on "Manage" tab on the bottom
  3. Click on "Sources" as shown in the screenshot below:

  4. Click on "Edit" and then on "Add". You will be prompted to enter a url source as shown in the screenshot below. Type "http://apt.macosmovil.com" and click on "Add Source"

  6. After installation is completed. Search for "AppSync para OS 3.1(3.1.2)" in Cydia and install this application. This application will automatically patch your mobileinstallation file on your device.

    When i add the source, it's just standing on Updating Sources, and down "downloading packages" for 20 minutes now. What to do?

    can't add apt.macosmovil.com due to outdated installer file? wtf??? any ideas. before restore it was working. in cyder it works... so how can i add it? thanks, shasta

      SSH to your iPhone, go into that directory location /usr/lib/apt/methods/

      You'll probably see that 'http' is actually there. Copy that file to your computer rename it 'Http', copy it back to /usr/lib/apt/methods/ leaving the original in there also.

      Try adding "http://" before "apt.macosmovil.com"

      Please add the "http://apt.macosmovil.com" repository in step 4.

      its very easy to do in fact.i just did it myself.
