Just like Video Download Helper in Mozilla Firefox, "YouTube Downloader" is a powerful Google Chrome extension / plugin through which you can download videos from YouTube with a single click on the download button present in the video description. Previously we shared a simple bookmarklet though which you can download YouTube videos, however this time Mr. Azkaban developed a proper Google Chrome extension for it which adds a cool download button below subscribe button which is present in the video description.
Yup you can also use Download Accelerator like Internet Download Manager [IDM] to download YouTube videos from Google Chrome. All you have to do is to right-click on the download button and choose copy link address and then use that in your download accelerator. A better idea is to first integrate IDM in Google Chrome and then directly right-click on download button and choose "Download with IDM".

This extension does not work with the new design, I currently use http://www.youtube-mp3.org/addons/chrome which works perfectly.
