I have a 2G, accidentally upgraded to 3.1.3. I want to jailbreak. Everytimwe I download the 3.1.2 firmware on my PC it becomes zipped file and I can not use it with redsnow for jailbreak. How can I download the 3.1.2 firmware properly?

this customized firmware is NON activated. you need an At&t(or whatever Iphone-contracted provider) sim card to activate it. then you can unlock it.

1 question can i jailbreak a itouch if so what do i download because your always talking about 2g 3g and 3gs and im mondering if it works for itouch also
