Just confirming I had issues with u1103.exe and the latest wine 1.3.x on ubuntu 11.10. You need to backtrack to the older wine 1.2.x and then it works perfectly ! The newer wine has issues. Spent way too much time trying to get this to work.

Anyone else having the issue where the DLL page doesn't allow a download? I can load the page but when I try to click the download button, it looks as if it is trying to load.
