Putting all rumors about iPad delay aside, Apple has finally announced that iPad is coming to US on April 3rd with pre-orders starting on March 12th. Only WiFi models will be available to US customers now, iPad 3G models would be available in late April. For countries other than US including (Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK), all iPad models will go on sale in late April.

Apple has sued the Taiwan based phone giant HTC accusing its rival of violating patents related to the popular iPhone. Apple said that the rival smartphone maker has infringed on 20 patents covering aspects of the iPhone interface, user interaction and hardware. In a statement Apple CEO Steve Jobs said that his company will not all its competitors to steal patents of its inventions.
